Google offers lots of opportunities for websites to rank in these question-and-answer sections, and now they are showing more FAQs in rich results than before.
What This Means for Businesses
For businesses with Frequently Asked Questions on their websites – either on a dedicated FAQ page, or listed on a separate page – this means the possibility of up to two of those entries showing up in their organic search result.

You can see that in addition to the main page that ranks, the search result also displays two questions from that same page directly underneath. This is great for positioning the brand as an authority in the industry and as a helpful resource for buyers – existing and potential.
